F&I Product Selling Workshops

Our workshops take the function of the F&I office and break it down into its core functions. This allows F&I managers to attend the segments that will be most relevant to them. It also allows the time spent on training to be shorter and more focused, thus making it more efficient for dealers to get the biggest bang out of training in the shortest amount of time.  Most product workshops are general enough for any industry whether it’s automotive, powersport or RV.  Where appropriate, industry specific classes are also offered.

The workshops are as follows:

Selling Extended Service Contracts

This workshop focuses on becoming more proficient with the Extended Service Contracts. Topics will include: how to present the product, features/benefits/advantages of the product and processing objections.

Selling Prepaid Maintenance

This workshop focuses on making prepaid maintenance more successful in your dealership. Topics will include: creating a culture within the dealership, presenting the menu to the customer and handling objections.

Selling GAP Protection

This workshop focuses on how to better present the GAP product to your customers. Topics will include: better ways to present the product and overcoming objections.

Selling Tire & Wheel Protection

This workshop focuses on selling Tire & Wheel Protection. Topics will include: how to present the product, features/benefits/advantages of the product and overcoming objections.

Selling Theft Protection

This workshop focuses on becoming more successful with the Theft Protection program. Topics will include: how to present the product, features/benefits/advantages of the product and processing objections.

Selling Credit Life and Disability Insurance

This workshop focuses on becoming more successful with Credit Life and Disability Insurance. Topics will include: how to present the product, features/benefits/advantages of the product and processing objections.
