Peter Jones has been providing training and consulting in the powersports industry for over 20 years. He has worked with numerous dealers and dealer groups around the country. Other clients have included Suzuki, BRP, HSBC, Missouri Powersport Dealers Association, and many others. You may have also heard him speak at the Dealer Expo or at several dealer meetings. Peter is also the founder of IBSG Dealer Services and Peter Jones & Associates.

Steve Sowden recently retired from America’s PowerSports, where he helped lead the parts and service operations for all of their locations.

He spent over 30 years working in the powersports industry in the San Diego market. He currently is working for the California Motorsports Group and oversees the parts and service operations for their 5 locations. Your department members will be able to gain a lot of insight from Steve’s vast experience.
